Should I register?
You do not have to. But we advice you to register an account when making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase.

On desktop/laptop: Click on the top right bar “MY ACCOUNT” and fill in your email address and preferred password by clicking the Register.
On mobile phone: You will find “LOGIN/REGISTER” when you click on the menu button at top right corner.

All measurements are taken laid flat in centimeters in maximum stretch.
Remember to multiply by 2 in order to get circumference. Please refer to each measurement in product page to get the right measurement for your apparels.

Is my order successful?
All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in “My Account” (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Can I amend my order?
Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order.
This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
Our Customer Service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders.
If an order is cancelled , no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note (20 days validity)
How much is your shipping fee?
Free for whole Malaysia only.
How long does it take to deliver the items once payment is made?
Collin Street will process your order within 1 hour and pick up by POS Malaysia every weekday before 5pm. (except for backorder items).
Order placed after 4pm will be pick up by POS the next day.
Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 working days.
You may check the status of your order by logging into your account, click “My Account” at the top right hand of the webpage and click “Orders” – “History”.

Can i return my order?
Yes, if you are not 100% happy with our products for any reason, you can return it to Collin Street for a full refund in Store Credits within 30 days.
What is the terms and conditions for returning?
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tag intact, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

How many times can I return the order?
Returns can only be made one time per order number.
Will there be any charges?
A processing fee of RM6 will be charged for each return parcel.
So, why RM6?
It is for second shipping charges as we have absorbed the first one. Also, to prevent someone take us for granted. Yeah, you get what i mean.
We experienced a case where a customer bought it, wore it, took OOTD, returned, and exchanged for a new one, wore it, took OOTD, and repeated for 4 times. Yes, we were too kind, and silly.
What can I do if Collin Street send me wrong/defective item?
If the item is wrong/defective due to our mistake after careful inspection, RM6 processing fee will be paid by Collin Street. And you get full refund for the amount you paid + extra RM20 beauty points.
Yes, we are human, we make mistakes too. If it is our fault, we apologize, admit, and take immediate action to make you happy. Not stupid reasons.
We advice that all items are handwashed and NOT soaked . We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (color runs, size shrinks, etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, Collin Street will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
*There may be a 1cm-2cm difference in our given measurements. Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
