SHOULD I REGISTER?

You do not have to. But we advice you to register an account when making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase.

So How Do I Register?

On desktop/laptop: Click on the top right bar “MY ACCOUNT” and fill in your email address and preferred password by clicking the Register.

 

On mobile phone: You will find “LOGIN/REGISTER” when you click on the menu button at top right corner.

 

You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list, which includes sale notifications, new arrival updates and discount coupons!

FREE BEAUTY POINTS EVERYDAY

Once you sign up with your email address, all you have to do is visit Collin Street’s website daily and 10 Beauty Points will be rewarded into your account automatically.

How to Collect Beauty Points?

Beauty Points can be collected through 2 methods:

– Daily check-in – 10 Beauty Points will be rewarded everyday automatically.

– Purchase – Purchase of RM100 is equivalent to 100 Beauty Points.

 

How much does Beauty Points worth?

100 Beauty Points is worth RM1.00. It can be used to purchase or as discount.

You may check your Beauty Points balance in “My Account”.

All measurements are taken laid flat in centimeters in maximum stretch.

Remember to multiply by 2 in order to get circumference. Please refer to each measurement in product page to get the right measurement for your apparels.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order.

This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.

Our Customer Service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders.

If an order is cancelled , no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note (20 days validity)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE ITEMS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE?

Collin Street will process your order within 1 hour and deliver within the next morning.

Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-3 working days (Pos Laju)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% happy with our products for any reason, you can return it to Collin Street for a full refund in Beauty Points within 30 days. (Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tag intact, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Returns can only be made one time per order number.

We know, not many online clothing stores accept returns and exchanges because the profit margin is too low to afford it. Sometimes, it means losing money.

But, Collin Street does it anyway, because we feel your pain.

A processing fee of RM6 will be charged for each return parcel.

So, why RM6?

It is for second shipping charges as we have absorbed the first one. Also, to prevent someone take us for granted. Yeah, you get what i mean.

We experienced a case where a customer bought it, wore it, took OOTD, returned, and exchanged for a new one, wore it, took OOTD, and repeated for 4 times. Yes, we were too kind, and silly.

However,

If the item is wrong/defective due to our mistake after careful inspection, RM6 processing fee will be paid by Collin Street. And you get full refund for the amount you paid + extra RM20 beauty points.

Yes, we are human, we make mistakes too. If it is our fault, we apologize, admit, and take immediate action to make you happy. Not stupid reasons.

We advice that all items are handwashed and NOT soaked . We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (color runs, size shrinks, etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, Collin Street will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.

*There may be a 1cm-2cm difference in our given measurements. Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
