How many friends can I invite?
The more, the merrier! You can invite all the friends, family members, and coworkers you know!
I referred someone. How long does it take to get my RM10?
First, the friend you referred needs to make a qualifying purchase. Once they do and we make sure everything checks out, the RM10 will be instantly rewarded to your Collin Street account and we will email you a notice about it.
How long will my RM10 reward points last?
For both the referrers and their friends who get referred, the RM10 reward points will be usable for up to twelve (12) months from the date they were issued. Don’t forget to use them!
I referred someone, why have I not gotten my RM10 reward points?
*You need to be a Collin Street member with at least one (1) successful purchase to refer a friend.
*Your friend is a newly registered member and has made a successful purchase through your referral link.
